Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or refund request.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in the original packaging
- Have a valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, etc.)

Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.

Return Process

1. Email us at contact@farmrootagritech.com 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
3. Our team will verify your request and arrange for product pickup (where applicable).
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Policy

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued to your bank account after confirmation.
- In case of partial order return, refund will be issued only for the returned items.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not support exchanges. If you received a defective or wrong product, please request a return and place a new order separately.
